Shipping and Delivery

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

You are shopping on our Australian site, all prices stated below are in Australian Dollars (AUD$). All orders are dispatched from Canberra, Australia. 

Please note, during sale periods it may take an extra 2-7 days for your order to be dispatched.

All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post or a courier company. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking notification with selected carrier. Please note the above delivery time frames are an estimate provided by our shipping providers, although we hope this never happens, delays during transit may occur from time to time. We will assist in investigating freight delays however Inside Story cannot be held responsible for third party delays. 

Can I use post office boxes?

Yes. All smaller items are able to be posted to PO boxes

Can I organise for my order to be delivered to a different address?

Yes. When you place your order you can enter the delivery address details, which can be different from your home address.
